Anesthesiology and Reanimation

Most patients feels fear of anesthesia and recovering from or failure to recover from anesthesia rather than the surgery soon after they should be undergone a surgery. We, anesthesiologists, are a part of surgical team and we will provide you with emotional and physical help and support while you are transferred to operating theater. Our aim is to ensure your comfort and safety during and after surgery.

Anesthesia refers to suppression of feelings and senses with or without loss of consciousness.

Anesthesia not only suppresses pain, but it also helps control of surgery-related stress, fear and anxiety. Surgeries are performed under general anesthesia in last 150 years in community of medicine. Thus, surgeries are pain-free procedures that cannot be remembered by patients.

Anesthesiologist will evaluate you and you will make a joint decision on the best anesthesia method for you according to your medical condition.

Final decision on the anesthesia method for your condition is dictated, how long your surgery will take, your medical and surgical history and your physical examination findings. Anesthesiologist selects best type of anesthesia for the patient and monitors all vital signs during surgery; drugs and equipment are used to eliminate involuntary reflexes. You will be hydrated sufficiently and your blood pressure and pulse are regulated. Patient will be postoperatively transferred to the bed without any pain, complaint and discomfort or discharged to home.

Advanced anesthesia devices and monitors are available at our operating theater to ensure extremely safe anesthesia administration. All regional anesthesia modalities (epidural, spinal, axillary etc.) are successfully administered. Our hospital has necessary equipment and personnel to administer anesthesia to patients of all age groups.
